ALTERNATE ICEBREAKER
For remote/hybrid: "What's the worst churn reason you've ever seen?" — quick round, no wrong answers, sets a low-stakes tone.

PARKING LOT + DECISION LOG TEMPLATE
(Included as text templates for sticky notes / Miro boards)

POST-WORKSHOP CHECKLIST
- Share decision log + action items within 24h
- Schedule 30-min follow-up for each owner in 1 week
- Collect retrospective feedback from participants
- Archive materials for future reference

Tips

  • Adjust the timing blocks proportionally if 'Duration' is 2 hours vs Full day — compressing the agenda can kill creativity.
  • For Remote format, the AI will lean on Miro/Mural-based exercises. Make sure your team is comfortable with the tool before the workshop.
  • Use the 'parking lot' template during the workshop for off-topic ideas that still have merit — don't lose good ideas to scope creep.
